Do I need a deal in front of me to start?
No. Most people start before they’ve found a deal. If you do have one, you can work through the steps with that deal in front of you.
How long does it take to finish?
BuyerLab is self-paced. You can work through the full 12-step process from start to finish, or use each step when you reach that point in your search, financing, due diligence, and closing process.
When can I download tools from the app?
The Labs are mostly written, with one or two short videos. Each step comes with its worksheets, tools, and calculators, so you can work at your own pace.
What’s the difference between buying here and the app?
